01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the cbagee platform — including the website, any associated mobile applications, progressive web app (PWA), or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cbagee (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the cbagee platform immediately and close any account you may have registered.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the cbagee platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbagee with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and cbagee.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The cbagee platform is intended exclusively for adult players. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active cbagee account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cbagee strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years old.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, corporation, or third party.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion order from cbagee or any other gambling platform that you are legally required to respect.
• You are not a cbagee employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a cbagee account closed for terms violations, fraud, or any other reason at cbagee's discretion.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

cbagee services are made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. cbagee makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in locations other than those explicitly supported.

2.2 Underage Play

If cbagee reasonably suspects or determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any administrative costs incurred during the investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of cbagee features — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and betting — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you actively manage and have exclusive access to.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name, which will be used for verification and two-factor authentication.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure, unique password chosen by you at the time of registration.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active cbagee account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. If cbagee identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and cbagee reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbagee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cbagee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your name, email address, phone number, or any other registered detail changes, you must update your account settings or contact support promptly. cbagee may withhold withdrawals if the account information does not match your verified identity documents.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

cbagee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted through approved payment channels only. The following table summarises the key payment parameters currently applicable on the cbagee platform:

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cbagee reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that does not originate from an account matching the registered player identity. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the source payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in cases where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. Before your first withdrawal is processed, cbagee will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification review. This is a one-time process that requires you to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport and, in some cases, proof of address.

4.3 No Third-Party Payments

cbagee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may not use another person's bKash, Nagad, bank account, or any other payment instrument to fund your cbagee account. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cbagee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you deposit using an international card that charges in a foreign currency, your bank or card provider may apply their own conversion rate and fees — cbagee has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cbagee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a cbagee account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the total bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited; unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.

5.2 General Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money bets. Bonus-funded bets do not count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
• cbagee reserves the right to void any bonus and close an account if it believes a player is attempting to exploit bonus terms through low-risk or mechanical wagering strategies.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳1,000 per spin or bet. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cbagee has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and withdrawing funds before wagering requirements have been met. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, cbagee reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cbagee platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or via the platform's game information section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on the cbagee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are designed to ensure that each game result is statistically independent and unpredictable. cbagee's RNG systems are subject to regular independent auditing to verify compliance with industry standards for fairness and randomness.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is published in the game information panel accessible from within the game. RTP figures represent the long-run statistical average return and do not guarantee individual session results. Short-term variance means individual player results may differ significantly from the stated RTP.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on cbagee are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay during which odds may change. cbagee reserves the right to void in-play bets accepted after an event's relevant outcome has already been determined.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to cbagee's specific event postponement and cancellation rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• cbagee reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the odds displayed were clearly incorrect.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or processing of a game round or bet, cbagee reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. cbagee will not be liable for any additional losses or claims arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake for the affected round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

cbagee maintains a strictly regulated platform environment. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund a cbagee account.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents during identity verification.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one cbagee account, regardless of the intent behind doing so.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms, wagering requirements, or promotional structures in bad faith as described in Section 5.3.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino table games, poker variants, or sports betting syndicate activity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human action.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Money laundering: Using the cbagee platform to launder proceeds of crime or to facilitate any other form of financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a payment made to cbagee through your bank or card provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with cbagee customer support.

08 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Permitted Use

cbagee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the cbagee platform or its underlying software.

9.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the cbagee platform are provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective game provider. cbagee is not responsible for the accuracy of RTP figures, game descriptions, or promotional materials supplied by third-party providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbagee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cbagee platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Gambling losses incurred during the course of using the platform.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude cbagee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by cbagee's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your cbagee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by cbagee

cbagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime.

11.3 Balances on Closure

Where cbagee closes an account due to terms violations or fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at cbagee's discretion. Where an account is closed for non-violation reasons (such as player request or regulatory requirement), the verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

cbagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cbagee will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent in-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the cbagee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as full acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

12.3 Waiver

Any failure by cbagee to enforce any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
